MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES<br />
>	Conducting Board meetings, AGM, timely notices, board resolution & minutes preparation <br />
>	Maintenance of Statutory Registers <br />
>	Ensuring timely & accurate annual filing with Registrar of companies<br />
>	Verification & Signing of Statutory financials & any other documents required to be signed by CS<br />
>	Implementing Changes necessitated by the amendments in the Companies Act <br />
>	Updating the Company Management about any amendments in the Companies Act, applicable to your company.<br />
>	Ensuring any compliances required by Reserve Bank of India and/ or Foreign Exchange management Act (FEMA)<br />
>	Supporting Finance Manager for Management Accounting, Statutory Audit, MIS<br />
